Decoding Cancer Biology
Katana Labs is a software engineering and AI company developing powerful software to decode cancer biology. We are creating a unified AI platform that comprehends biological omics data across scales, so users can focus on applying their expertise to generate actionable insights in precision oncology.
By automating data integration, processing, segmentation, and feature extraction, researchers and clinical scientists can leverage their problem-solving skills in several ways, from increasing efficiency to extracting novel information deeply hidden in the datasets. While maintaining biological context throughout datasets, we unlock the power of expert data science and insights generation for life scientists working in all levels of precision oncology (biomedical research, clinical research, and the biopharma industry).
Our flagship product, Edge, is designed to streamline and optimize the data analysis and insights generation process for large image data in spatial biology and spatial omics.
The mission of Katana Labs is to provide biological intelligence at scale, by integrating comprehensive multiomics and multimodal data for R&D in precision oncology.
We operate AI-native and cloud-native to unlock access to completely new depths of information and understanding in cancer biology.
